Forta detects Pike Finance hack before exploitation on three networks. On April 30th, Pike Finance suffered a $1.6M loss due to an exploit. Originating from a USDC vulnerability and flawed contract upgrades, the hack was detected by Forta several times before funds could be drained. Misaligned storage mapping in upgraded contracts allowed attackers to bypass admin access and withdraw funds across Optimism, Arbitrum, and Ethereum mainnet. Forta’s early detection on each network highlights the importance of proactive security.
